Non- Contentious Legal Assistant – Full time

Due to expansion within our Conveyancing team we have an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to start their legal career.

This role will be unique, supporting the department with client conveyancing from start to finish. The role will support Fee Earners and Post Exchange team depending on where the business requires the support in busy periods and also holiday cover. This is a great opportunity to be trained in all areas of conveyancing and become an expert of the conveyancing process.

The role will involve supporting the department with all aspects of conveyancing transactions to include preparing documentation, checking titles, obtaining office copy entries, requesting searches and dealing with all aspects as directed. Liaising with clients, referrers, solicitors and estate agents via telephone enquiries, emails and face to face, you will need to ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.

Previous experience of working in a Solicitors firm would be advantageous, however all training will be given in understanding the conveyancing legal requirements including anti-money laundering.

A degree, preferably Law, will be required for this role.

Family Solicitor / Legal Executive

Due to expansion, Andrew & Andrew have an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in Family Law. You should have experience of managing a comprehensive case load, with a minimum of 2 years PQE, at a good quality Firm.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of dealing and assisting with complex family law caseloads including Matrimonial, Divorce, Ancillary Relief and Children Matters. You must have excellent communication and organisation skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
