Andrew Wisniewski (Wiz) – Director / Solicitor -

Andrew, or Wiz, as he is known to both clients and colleagues qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and is the Director of the firm.

He specialises in general litigation, including personal injury multi track/fast track cases and contested probate.

Andrew was educated at a Catholic Church School in Bristol which culminated in him obtaining a Law Degree. He then ventured to London where he had a separate career for some 10 years.

However, still captivated by Law he embarked upon a career change, qualifying as a Solicitor by way of Articles at Andrew & Andrew Solicitors in Portsmouth (previously Innes & Co). He proceeded to personally develop a thriving Personal Injury Department. He soon attained Partnership; a position which is now of 19 years standing.

As a natural entrepreneur and business driven individual, Wiz has excelled the Solicitors Practice by developing the firm’s turnover through various successful marketing strategies.

As a competent and experienced Litigator, Wiz is able to deal with a full range of Personal Injury cases, including fatal accidents, catastrophic life changing injuries, medical negligence and road traffic accidents. His armoury includes general Litigation, covering areas such as Business Interruption (i.e. fire/flood), Boundary Disputes and general Negligence claims. He considers his strength as a good communicator to be vital to his successes in these areas of Law.

Alongside Andrew Sears, Wiz is presently propelling the Practice into a new interesting and developing area of claim – Mortgage Mis-selling.

He resides with his family at Soberton Heath near Wickham in a house he designed and personally project managed. His interests involve all manner of farming, as he holds a DEFRA Licence and has reared sheep, pigs, chickens and ducks; the team at Andrew & Andrew can guarantee that the eggs laid by his chickens are the best in Hampshire! In his spare time, Wiz is a keen water-skier and runner,and enjoys all manner of outdoor activities.
